I work for Epilepsy Action and Sean kindly
shared his story with me so that we could tell our supporters about the difference they make by funding our local groups. I remember being very moved by his story, particularly by how positive he was and how dedicated he was to helping others going through the same experiences.
Sean said: "I have had some
great advice from the Epilepsy Action team. All of this boosted my
self-confidence and now I want to do more....My life has changed and I
hope there's more exciting changes to come."
Sean will have met a lot of people through his volunteering and his support for the local groups. I'm absolutely sure that he helped many of those people - in that way his work will have an impact for many years to come.
